1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "33rcom" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform operated at 33rcom.app and all associated services, features, games, and content available to registered players.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses 33rcom, whether or not a deposit has been made.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player upon completion of the 33rcom registration process.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, or other incentive offered by 33rcom to Players, subject to specific terms applicable to each promotion.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by a Player using PKR via an approved payment method, excluding any bonus credit.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before any related winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupees, the sole currency in which 33rcom accounts are operated.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with 33rcom, clicking any acceptance checkbox during the registration or login process, or by otherwise accessing and using the 33rcom platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not register for or use 33rcom. Access to the platform is conditional upon full acceptance of these terms.

33rcom reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 33rcom will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via their registered contact details or by prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of 33rcom following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

3 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register for and use 33rcom. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that you are aged 21 or above. 33rcom may at any time request documentary proof of age, including but not limited to a national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3.2 One Account Rule

Each individual may register and maintain only one 33rcom account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identities — is strictly prohibited. 33rcom employs technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended, bonuses will be voided, and any winnings generated using bonus funds across duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

3.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain the accuracy of this information throughout your use of 33rcom. Providing false or misleading information — including but not limited to a false name, date of birth, or address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension.

3.4 Jurisdictional Eligibility

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing 33rcom is lawful in your jurisdiction. 33rcom does not make representations regarding the legality of access in any specific country or territory. Players accessing 33rcom from jurisdictions where online gaming is restricted or prohibited do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for any legal consequences that may arise.

4 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 33rcom login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 33rcom will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials will be attributed to you, regardless of whether you authorised that activity.

You must notify 33rcom immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 33rcom will investigate such reports and may temporarily suspend the account while an investigation is ongoing. 33rcom accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Approved Payment Methods

33rcom accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and standard bank transfer. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 33rcom does not accept cash, cryptocurrency, or foreign currency transactions.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on 33rcom is Rs 200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. 33rcom does not charge a platform fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within five minutes on average for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on your financial institution's processing times. 33rcom does not charge a platform fee on withdrawals. 33rcom reserves the right to request identity and source of funds documentation before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds, in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.

5.4 Withdrawal of Bonus-Derived Winnings

Winnings generated from bonus play are subject to the wagering requirement applicable to the relevant promotion. Withdrawal requests submitted before applicable wagering requirements have been met will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived from those bonus funds.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

33rcom offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms and Conditions. The following general rules apply to all 33rcom bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players who have completed the 33rcom registration and verification process.
• Each bonus is available once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• 33rcom reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that Players who have already opted into an active bonus will not be adversely affected retroactively.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash prior to satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements.
• 33rcom reserves the right to withhold or cancel bonuses where it reasonably suspects that the bonus system is being abused, including through the use of duplicate accounts, coordinated wagering, or any other means designed to generate guaranteed profit from bonus funds.
• All bonus wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion. Bonus funds not used within the validity period will expire automatically.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on 33rcom — including cricket betting, sports wagering, live casino games, slots, virtual sports, and color prediction — are subject to the specific rules for each product category, which are published within the relevant section of the platform. The following general rules apply across all 33rcom products:

• Bets accepted by 33rcom are final and binding. Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended except where 33rcom has published a specific policy permitting bet amendment for a product category.
• 33rcom reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including but not limited to bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds or bets placed on events that had already concluded at the time the bet was accepted.
• In the event of technical failure during a game or bet settlement, 33rcom will determine the appropriate resolution based on available data. 33rcom's decision in such matters is final.
• Maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits apply to all 33rcom products and are published within the relevant product sections of the platform.
• 33rcom reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount for individual accounts at its absolute discretion.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 33rcom and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds where applicable:

• Providing false registration information, including false name, date of birth, or contact details.
• Operating more than one 33rcom account, or accessing 33rcom using another player's account credentials.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to access 33rcom or to place bets in an automated manner.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or miscalculated odds for financial gain. Any winnings generated through exploitation of an error are not valid and will be voided.
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through the 33rcom platform.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, copy, or interfere with any part of the 33rcom platform or its underlying software.
• Any conduct that 33rcom reasonably determines to constitute abuse of the platform, its staff, or its other players.

9 Responsible Gaming

33rcom is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that allow Players to manage their gaming activity. The 33rcom platform provides the following responsible gaming features, accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, a deposit limit reduction takes effect immediately; an increase will be subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Alerts: Players may configure notifications that trigger when a gaming session has exceeded a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may initiate a self-exclusion period ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure. During self-exclusion, account access is blocked and promotional communications are suspended.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary account restriction for a defined period as a less permanent alternative to full self-exclusion.

10 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property on the 33rcom platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, logos, trademarks, game content, and written content — is the property of 33rcom or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use 33rcom for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from 33rcom without the prior written consent of 33rcom. Unauthorised use of 33rcom intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 33rcom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the 33rcom platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

33rcom's total liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the 90-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit 33rcom's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

33rcom does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, and third-party service interruptions may affect platform availability. 33rcom will use reasonable endeavours to minimise disruption and will communicate planned maintenance periods in advance where possible.

12 Termination & Account Closure

33rcom reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Player account at any time, with or without notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, or where required by applicable law or regulatory authority.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 33rcom support. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in the account (after deduction of any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned via the Player's registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.

Where an account is terminated by 33rcom for breach of these Terms and Conditions, 33rcom reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance where the funds are reasonably suspected to have been derived from prohibited conduct.

13 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 33rcom holds its international gaming licence. By agreeing to these terms, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising from your use of 33rcom, subject to the dispute resolution procedure set out in Section 14.

Nothing in this clause shall limit 33rcom's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction in relation to a breach or threatened breach of these Terms and Conditions.

33rcom operates a formal complaints procedure. Complaints submitted in writing will be acknowledged within 24 hours and a substantive response provided within 5 business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction through our internal process, you may escalate to the dispute resolution body designated by 33rcom's international gaming licence authority.

33rcom's support team has both Urdu and English language capability to assist Pakistani players. All formal written correspondence for the purposes of dispute resolution must be submitted in English.
